lol, neglect your biceps and you'll look like a retard. You wanna have balanced arms, triceps and biceps. Also, work your triceps every day and you'll overtrain and they will shrink. Not sure what you do... but you must look like you have some physical deformities.

dont dis people with their workout shedules, different things work for different people. some people might be able to workout everyday of the week and get great results but others may get bad results it will varie from person to person and technique to technique.... lol i have no idea what im saying

biceps are useless they are one of the weakest muscles. Work out your triceps everyday.

correct. 'reps' simply is a shortened work for repetition, or as you put it, how many you do.

you obviously have no idea how to propperly build. Doing the same exercises 5 days in a row will more than likely decrease its size because you are overworking a small muscle group. 3 sets 12 reps every other day or 2 days a week will do more than your ignorant workout of 8 bicep exercises every single night.try again.
