Two arm curls is wrong, if you do one at a time u can concentrate and it will build your muscle indivually

i do both my triceps and biceps twice a week, i used to do them 4 times a week... i've noticed a great improvement...

Whiteworld1488! Omg..you cant do that everyday, thats gonna ruin your muscles. Your muscles need to rest, thats why ou should lift every other day, instead of doing it everyday, why don't you go outside and run and jog, then the next day try again. But don't hurt yourself, it just ruins your muscles, i learned that the hard way.

one thing that he is doing, that you shouldnt do, is rock backwards and forwards when ur doing bicep exercises. it makes it easier (which isnt good) and isnt giving you the best workout
