i wish you'd keep that to yourself because everyone knows you are foolish. you cant work out the same muscle group everyday. by resting every other day, muscle growth is maximized because you only build new muscle fibre during a resting period. you are tearing fibres everyday.you dont know shit so dont say anything like you know something

hey im 16 and work my biceps for an hour everynight, is that good or bad, cos everybody tells me they, ll get bigger that way, but other people tell me to rest????

It depends how much swinging you are doing. You can have a little bit of swinging as long as you control the weights. Swinging too much is not a good thing especially for the back!

yeah, i'm a personal trainer and it does ruin your muscles, what i did was work on my upper body 1 day (Biceps, Triceps, chest, abs, shoulders, back) and the next day work on the lower, but you do have to take 2 days break after a while.
