I would do this then the 15 minute work out under the same user, Mr Head, about 4 times a week in conjunction with proper dieting if you want to gain a toned/lean figure.

This is an excellent workout. I did it this a.m. and I really felt like I was in an actual pilates class. I will definitely be doing this 3 times a week!
