i've been practicing this video along with a few other ones from mrhead for only three days and they really seem to be working. everything feels much firmer and my stomach looks great.

I been doing this for two weeks and the results are bloody amazing waist has gone down and muscle tone is much better thanks heaps

iama gymnast and we sometimes do leg circles, the reason we do them is it helps tone the thigh muscles and the groin flexibilty.

Lower abs and hip flexors I would guess. Lower back maybe as wel.

You need to focus on diet too. Too much fat and bad carbs are going to make it alot more difficult. You should reduce your fat intake to about 30 grams a day at the most, only good fats, no trans are saturated and not eat junk food at all. Bad carbs are enemy numero uno. Stop eating processed foods period.
