People let me warn you that this is NOT real Pilates but a dumbed down diluteted bastardized version of it. Firstly the woman in the video cannot even execute the exercises correctly as her form is apalling and she obviously does not have full control over muscles with her mind (Real Pilates) She cannot even do the basics like keeping her legs straight in the movements and well as calling them by the wrong name and doing them in the wrong order!!

that popping thing is normal,it happens when you do not have regular stretches.

I have several different types of exercise videos and such...yoga and bellydancing. But seriously I have been doing this 2-3 times a week for about 2 months now, both parts, and I can't believe the difference. And talk about cellulite burning! It has greatly reduced it, my tummy feels really strong too. I also jog, but this video has toned me up big time. Its awesome.

well i personally dont have time to go to a class and since im only 14 i cant really hire a pilates teacher

Mine pop too. I'm still and my whole body makes cracking noise. no pain with it. I read B4 that popping is normal. No need to worry. But it's a good question that I should ask my doctor. I forget to ask that question, but because i read that article a while ago, I didn't deem it as necessary to ask. I think I'll double check with my doc.

When i do the leg circles and the bike thing my hips pop. is that normal? if not what am i doing wrong?

i may sound a little messed up lol but while doing this i couldnt stop myself from swearing at her :P she'd be like okay one more id be like FUCK YOUUUUUUUU iunno it helped lol

just after one day i could feel the difference but i need help!should i do this part 1 and 2 and then anything else?Like from another video I mean?Ive apparently lost almost 4 pounds in a week but ive changed my diet too. I now drink slim fast in the morning and then for lunch have it with a salad during the day have a fruit or vegetables and for supper balance it out..ive been having up to 1633 calories a day and do the pilates daily! hope it works!
