lift heavier weights mayb but make sure your technique is perfect. start wi a bar then use dumbells. do sets inclined and flat

umm it looks like this guy was straightening his elbows with the presses a lil bit...idk if its beacuse hes really big but either way u are not supposed to lock any of your joints

I used to have the same problem until I started doing less barbell chest press and more dumbbell chest press (as shown in this vid). I found with the bar, one side would take more weight than the other but the dumbbells use both sides evenly (if done in a controlled manner) and have eventually evened my pecs out.

To all perfect form is the key dont try to much weight as soon as your sloppy on youre form your exercise becomes usless.
