Try both - The dumbell press is no doubt a better excercise personally - But who says you need to do one or the other - Mix it up, 6 weeks bar, break for 2 weeks, then dumbell press for the following 6 weeks or so.

Since your quite young; your body isn't fully developed. So i wouldn't recommend you go into heavy weights and start bulking. Stick with light/medium. Start when your 18.

It depends on your goals; if you want to get lean, you eat against your body muscle mass (not total body weight). If you have the finance/resources to eat from protien powders alone (plus meals on top) just consume 1g to every 1lb of bodyweight. If you just wana tone down (lower body fat) or just general fitness you should just take it after workout for recovery.

if your trying to gain weight drink it everyday if not then on your days u workout and drink it before ur workout to get the energy and nutrients u need with maybe a small meal and after ur workout also to give ur muscles the recovery they need

I drink it after because that is when your muscle is really tired and needs it most but you have to drink it in 30 minutes according to everything that i have read online . hope that helps

no ...if you right-handed you right side would alway b bigger. that is normal. but if you want to even out . put on a slight bigger weight on the smaller side .

Yo, im almost 15 but i've been into this stuff for almost a half year since i got out of my injury. Anyways, when your done with your exercise, drink a protein shake, it will help recover the muscle better and stronger.

i drink shakes before and after. but if you wanna get big, you should drink them everyday like before bed. but if you are not as serious, drink them only on days when u lift
