nahhh.. its okei, ur just starting out... before, im 130lbs, and only can do 40lbs... 2months later... im 140 and can do 70lbs...

great video. A couple of questions though guys...I'm 17, 150 lbs, 6'3'', and benched like 135. (I never bench) is that decent? Also, how important is protein intake and proper sleep schedule to muscle gain? and what about creatine? Lastly, I've been doing the same routine (daily workouts of different muscles, takes three days to complete one cycle)for like 3 months, and I realllly have to psyche myself up to work out now. What should I do? I feel like I bust my butt, but don't put on much mass
