That's great for upperbody, but for my legs I go up 315 lbs if I'm doing squats, 700 lbs if I'm doing leg presses. You need weights for a full body workout. Shit, them niggaz better hustle a little harder to put some money aside for a power rack.I like the exercises though; they're creative and will murder your upper body.
