Pilates Abs Workout
A short abs and core workout using basic Pilates exercises (side plank, the hundred, etc). The workout is lead by Coach Nicole of SparkPeople.com, and she'll help you build abs of steel.

Is this a total core workout? Is this going to give me a strong back? I can feel the burn in my abs but I want to strengthen my back for work. Is this going to help? Or should I look for something more 'back specific'??Please reply Sparkpeople!

What kind of pilates is this?!I take pilates classes in the gym, and we don't do any of this. Except for the last one.
