I never eat or drink anything white (milke,cheese...etc) which means I don't have enough calsium in my body..(sometimes I take it as pills)..and though I'm only 20 years old I'm starting to feel pain in my lower back and my chest bones,,I hope this exercise help me a little..

HI. i hurt my lower back shoulder pressing a while ago and it hasn't healed properly since. It has been very annoying as i haven't been able to do a lot of exercises which is terrible when you are building up for rugby in my case.i tried your exercises and they have been working very well, even after 2 weeks!keep up the goooood work!

Ok so you say not to do lat pull downs and pull ups...why not?..just curious.

Thank you! It has really helped. The pull ups that you said to leave out made me laugh - I can't even pull myself off the ground once let alone bounce up and down like you. Please put up more - perhaps for abs etc as these are critical to creating core strength and holding the back in place. I don't want a six pack - a party barrel (Keg) will do!
