Wall Squats Videos

Wall Squats are drills that will require the exercise ball by standing and holding resistance. You should begin by placing the ball behind the lower part of your back and stand on a resistance band. Next squat down in a parallel position while continuing to keep the tension on the resistance band. Now try to hold this position for 10 seconds and then repeat.
